All orders will be processed for shipping within 1-3 business day after placing the order. We will provide a tracking number for every order.

International orders will be shipped with DHL / UPS.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Unfortunately, these duties differ from country to country so we have no way of determining what they might be or if you will be charged an extra fee.

In certain countries, orders over a certain price may be stopped at customs. We recommend not purchasing over 2 pairs as some orders in the past has been sent back by customs. We advise that you contact your local customs office for more information before making your purchase.


You can return an item for an exchange if you would like a different colour or size of the same item.
We allow up to ONE complimentary size exchange within 14 days of purchase. Any additional exchanges will be charged according to selected courier based on weight, dimensions and the delivery address provided.

THEY New York can price match any product sales made from our online store within 5 days of purchase.


If you wish to return the product, please email us your order confirmation number to for a prepaid return label. If you are in New York City, you may return/exchange the item with your order confirmation number to 224 Mulberry Street.

Return Policy
• Products must be returned within 14 calendar days after you have received our package
• Products must be in original condition and cannot be used. Please try shoes on a clean, carpeted area.
• All returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, free of damage and postal labels.
• Please note that original duties and taxes are non-refundable.
• We will not be providing our return labels during the hours of promotional events.

When we have received and registered your returned item(s) in their original condition, we will start processing your refund. The refund can take up to 10-15 business days from that you sent your return to appear in your account depending on your bank/card issuer.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free international returns at this moment. Products may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.
After mailing your return, we advise you to email us your order confirmation number as well as your tracking number to returns@theynewyork. This will help us process your refund faster after we have received your returned item(s).


If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number. Our team will get back to you as soon as we can.
