All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after an order is placed. Once the package is dispatched, an email with the tracking information will be sent. THEY New York is not responsible for any loss or liability or damage that may result in leaving the package at a shipping address without a signature. If you would prefer a different carrier or require a signature, please email so that we may make the arrangements.

Product prices displayed on does not include sales tax and duties. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes from your respective country which are levied once your package arrives. The recipient is liable to all import duties, customs, and local sales tax. Please contact your local customs office for customs policies and updates. If the recipient refuses to retrieve an order and the package is shipped back to the sender, we will refund the amount after deducting the return shipping cost.

For orders within the US, THEY New York offers FREE RETURNS and ONE COMPLIMENTARY EXCHANGE within 14 calendar days of purchase. Any additional exchanges will be charged a flat fee of $15. 

THEY New York will not be able to price match orders placed before a promotion. 

If you wish to return the product, please email us with the subject "REQUEST RETURN" or "REQUEST EXCHANGE" along with your order confirmation number to for a prepaid return label. If you are in New York City, you may return/exchange the item with your order confirmation number to 224 Mulberry Street.

Return Policy
• Products must be returned within 14 calendar days after you have received the package
• Products must be in original condition and cannot be used. Please try shoes on a clean, carpeted area. 
• All returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, free of damage and postal labels.
• Please note that original duties and taxes are non-refundable.

SALES POLICY REMINDER: All sales are FINAL sale. We accept EXCHANGES within 7 days of purchase. 

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s) to ensure they are in their original condition, we will begin processing your refund to the original method of payment. The refund can take up to 10-15 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank/card issuer.

We currently do not offer free international returns or exchanges. Products may be returned using any method of your choice at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return, please email us with the subject "REQUEST RETURN" with your order confirmation number as well as your tracking number to . This will help us process your refund faster after we have received your returned item(s).

If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, THEY New York will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.


Price Match

THEY can price match any product sales made from within 5 days of purchase. If an item has been reduced we will provide partial credit, if requested, for matching item sold up to 5 days prior to price reduction.



If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number. Our team will get back to you as soon as we can. 



Sales tax will be charged on orders shipping within New York State. All other orders shipped within the US will not have sales tax applied.
